What We Do

From Seed to Sustainable Enterprise

We provide the mentorship, capital, administration, and community for mission-driven entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into enduring impact.

Our mission is to accelerate food systems transformation by cultivating an ecosystem of support for founders to turn an idea into enduring impact.

Incubation & Strategic Mentorship

We provide incubation and strategic guidance for new founders, helping them to grow lasting impact.

Ongoing mentorship and advising

We see ourselves as partners to founders. Our board members and advisors include impact investors, subject matter experts, and thought leaders in the food system space.

We also aim to amplify the work of our programs to assist with marketing and promotion to our funders and supporters.

Financial Capital

We fund early stage ventures and connect founders with our ecosystem to initiate and accelerate fundraising.

Impact investments

Question for Sophie and Will - do we distinguish between offerings for funders and founders?

Operations and Administration

We offer fiscal sponsorship for non-profit organizations, providing comprehensive operational support so founders can stay focused on their mission.

Financial management & compliance

We ensure sound financial stewardship and full regulatory compliance on behalf of our programs.

We manage the back-office operations of bookkeeping, tax filing, invoicing, and any other record-keeping and oversight necessary for our organization partners.

Community & Peers

We connect founders with advisors and peers so they can deepen their impact across the food-systems landscape.

Advisory board and staff

We draw on the wisdom of a board of food-system leaders, including venture investors, social-impact entrepreneurs, and regenerative enterprise experts who bring decades of experience in food innovation and systems change.

We count on their guidance to fuel strategic vision, sharpen our financial strategy, and mentor emerging founders to help steward ventures toward long-term, sustainable impact.
