In the last few years, we've successfully cultivated a thriving ecosystem of hundreds of farmers, students, and food system professionals, and our portfolio programs continue to grow their reach and impact.
The thing that I love the most about Ideagarden is the cross-pollination between programs. It feels like a gift to get to participate in conversation with this community that is so dedicated to people, planet, and life.

We partner with founders who share our vision
We're looking for leaders who are reimagining what’s possible for our food system: people who are growing with the land, not against it, whose solutions are regenerative by design, and whose drive comes from a deep belief that food systems can and must work differently.

Ideagarden is where I discovered I am an entrepreneur at heart.
As a first-generation Mexican American, I did not grow up seeing many pathways for women in my community to build a social entrepreneurship career in plant-based food and climate. Ideagarden was transformational. It gave me the creative freedom and platform to bring my ideas to life, and it showed me it is possible to build a career truly aligned with my values.
Ideagarden has supported Plant Futures, the organization I co-founded, with structured guidance, operational support, and a community of visionary experts who believe in building a better food system.
With that support, I grew Plant Futures from an idea into a global movement, now a network of thousands of students and young professionals working to shift culture toward plant-centered food systems."
